It’s a fairly quiet corner of Gurgaon compared to the main roads, which we like. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, focusing on our hospitality projects. It’s not some big flashy headquarters, just a regular office where we can focus on our work. The team here is small, and we all wear different hats depending on what needs to get done that day. One day might be about sorting out staff issues at a property, and the next is just catching up on bills and paperwork. We chose this area because it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a business park. Sometimes the local dogs bark outside during our calls, but that's just how it is here in 122002. We aren't interested in using fancy buzzwords to describe what we do. We just run a hospitality business and try to do it right. We deal with real problems and look for practical solutions every single day. If someone calls us, they usually talk to one of the three or four of us who are always here at the desks. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. We just keep plugging away at our goals without much fuss or bother.
