Our business, Agryd Hospitality Services Private Limited, is run out of H.No 30 in Sector 31. This is right in the heart of one of Gurgaon’s established sectors. It’s a house-turned-office setup, which gives it a much more personal feel than a typical corporate park. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. We focus on various hospitality services, mostly helping other businesses or managing smaller properties. The office is usually busy with people coming in and out, or us just sitting around the main table sorting out the week's schedule. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak plainly and do the work that needs doing. Sector 31 is a convenient place to be because we can get to almost any part of the city fairly quickly, as long as the traffic isn't too bad. We started this because we liked the service industry and wanted to have our own thing. It’s been a lot of learning on the fly, but we’ve found our rhythm. We don't use much jargon; we just talk about what needs to be fixed or who needs to be called. It’s a small, honest operation.
