Aggarwal Sweets

You can find Aggarwal Sweets over at Sector 23 Dwarka Road 15. It is a decent spot, right by the main road where there is a lot of movement all day long. We have a regular routine that has not changed much in many years. We start by cleaning the glass displays every single morning because the road dust gets everywhere. It is a constant task that never seems to end. We are not a big chain with hundreds of branches; we just focus on this one shop here. The kitchen is small but we make it work for what we need. Most of our day is spent balancing the books and making sure we have enough boxes for the evening rush. When the offices nearby close for the day, we get a lot of people stopping in on their way home. It gets quite crowded then, and sometimes we have to ask people to wait their turn while we pack things up. We do not have any fancy slogans or mission statements. We just sell what we make in the back. Sometimes the fridge acts up, or we have a bit of trouble with the electricity, but we manage to keep going. It is just the reality of running a small business in this part of town. We know many of our customers by their names. We just try to keep things simple.
