Aakritis Homemade Chocolates

We work out of Office No 171 in the Sarpanch Bata area of Mandawali, specifically in Buapur Mandaoli. Aakritis Homemade Chocolates is a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling everything from scratch. The space isn't like a big factory; it's more like a workshop where we spend most of our hours. We started doing this because we wanted to work for ourselves. The location is a bit tucked away, so we don’t get a ton of foot traffic like the shops on the main road. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by looking for the office number. We spend a lot of time melting, tempering, and packing everything by hand. It’s a lot of slow, careful work, and sometimes things go wrong, like the temperature in the room getting too high. We just have to adjust and keep going. The neighborhood around Sarpanch Bata is pretty quiet compared to the rest of the city. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the building over the years. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on making the batches and getting them out to whoever ordered them. It’s a simple life, and we like being in Mandawali. It’s not always easy running a business from a small office, but we manage to keep things moving one day at a time. It’s ours and we’re proud of it.
