Your Travel Desk

Your Travel Desk is over at number 8119 in DLF Phase 4. We have been in this spot for a bit, tucked away in the neighborhood. It is not a big travel agency with posters all over the walls. It is just a small office where we handle bookings and answer questions. We started it because we liked the idea of helping people figure out where they need to go. Mostly, we spend our time on the phone or on the computer, trying to sort out schedules. DLF Phase 4 is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. We do not have any fancy uniforms or a big sales team. It is just a few of us here. Sometimes the phones will not stop ringing and other times it is completely quiet. We do not try to push anything on people. We just look at what is available and tell them. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the mistakes to a minimum. It is a pretty basic operation. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. People drop by now and then to pick up tickets or just to ask about a trip. We just do our best to get the details right. It is a regular job for us and we like being in this part of town.
