Jan Treks And Travels

We’re located at G63 in Regent House, over in DLF Phase IV. It’s a small office but it’s always buzzing with something. Usually, the phones are ringing or someone is complaining about a flight delay. We spend most of our time looking at maps and booking systems. It’s not as glamorous as people think travel work is. There’s a lot of waiting on hold and trying to find a better price for a train ticket. Stacks of brochures are everywhere even though nobody really looks at them anymore because everyone uses their phones. Our desks are covered in sticky notes with dates and names scribbled on them. Sometimes we get a bit stressed when a trip doesn't go as planned, like when a hotel loses a reservation or a bus breaks down in the mountains. We try to fix it, but some things are just out of our hands. Being a big agency with hundreds of employees isn't our style. We’re just a small team at Jan Treks And Travels who like to see people get where they want to go. The office gets a bit cramped when more than two customers come in at once, but we make do. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. At the end of the day, we’re just glad to close the door.
