My Indian Holidays

My Indian Holidays is located at Ugf-147 in Ansal Vyapar Kendra. It’s in Sushant Lok 1, which is a pretty well-known area for business. We’ve been sitting in this office for a few years now. It’s a small space with a couple of desks and a lot of travel brochures that have seen better days. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, trying to find decent flights and hotels for people. It’s not always easy because prices change so fast these days. People come in looking for a break from their daily lives. We talk to them about where they want to go and what they can afford. We don't have any fancy technology, just our experience and a few contacts we’ve made over time in the travel world. Sometimes the office gets a bit quiet, especially during the off-season when nobody wants to go anywhere. We use that time to organize our files or catch up on travel news. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with airlines and agents. We’ve helped a lot of families plan their trips over the years. It’s nice to hear back from them after they return.
