We are located on the ground floor of the Inhwa Business Centre inside Iris Tech Park on Sohna Road. It’s a busy spot in Sector 48, and there’s always people coming and going. Sai Amartya Tourism started because we liked the idea of helping people see new places without all the stress of planning it themselves. Our office has a few desks where we spend most of our time on the phone with airlines or looking up hotel availability. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when flights get canceled or a booking goes sideways, but we stay at it until things are fixed. We handle all sorts of trips, from quick weekend getaways to longer holidays. People walk in from the other offices in the tech park during their lunch breaks to ask about prices. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who know our way around a travel itinerary. The walls are mostly covered in maps and some photos from places we’ve sent people to. We try to be realistic about budgets and what’s actually worth visiting. It gets hectic during the peak seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We just keep our heads down and keep the bookings organized. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the travelers know where to go.
