Our place is at C-76 on the third floor in Kendriya Vihar, which is in Sector-56. It’s a fairly typical apartment-style setup that we’ve converted into our working space. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise since the stairs are the quickest way up. We have a few rooms dedicated to our different tasks, mostly technical services and administrative stuff. The office is pretty basic, just desks, chairs, and some shelves with old files and manuals. We’ve been in this spot for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors around us. It’s a residential complex, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. Most of our work is done on the computers, so we don’t make much noise anyway. We start our mornings by going over what needs to be finished by the end of the day. There’s no big hierarchy here, we just all pitch in. If someone is stuck on a problem, we usually just talk it out over a cup of tea. It’s a simple, honest way to work without any of the corporate stress you see in the big glass buildings. We don’t have any fancy posters or mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and head home when it’s done. It’s a good little spot that serves us well for what we need to do. We keep it simple.
