Search Pharma is based out of Raj Nagar, right along the NH-8 highway. It’s a good spot for us because the Delhi Bombay Road is right there, which really helps with moving our transport trucks. We are at 205/11, and we’ve been using P.O. Box 48 for our mail for quite a few years. The location is convenient for business but it gets very dusty inside because of all the trucks passing by outside. Our office is fairly basic and nothing to look at. We have a few old desks and a lot of metal filing cabinets. Most of our work involves coordinating where the pharma products need to go next. It’s a lot of logistics and being on the phone all day. Sometimes the mobile signal isn't great inside the building, so we have to step outside to talk. We have a small warehouse area behind the main office room. It’s kept pretty clean, which is important for the kind of stuff we handle. I usually drive in from the city, and the commute can be very long if there’s an accident on the highway, which happens a lot. We have a tea machine in the corner that we use way too much during the winter. The staff is small, just a few of us handling everything from the billing to the loading. We don't have a marketing department. We just do our jobs and then go home. It’s a steady rhythm for us. The highway never really sleeps.
