La Medicca India is located at 434 Udyog Vihar Phase III in Dundahera. This part of the city is purely industrial, so you see a lot of trucks and factories everywhere you look. Our building is a standard one for this area. We do pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging here. It is a busy place with a lot of movement throughout the day. We have a good number of people working on the floor, and everyone has their specific job to do. We do not have a fancy office with expensive furniture. Our break room is just a small corner with a table and a few chairs where we sit and have tea. The work can be repetitive, especially when we are running a large batch of products. We have to pay a lot of attention to the details to make sure nothing goes wrong. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but we have fans and we just get on with it. We do not have a PR department or anyone to write promotional stories about us. We are just a group of people making medicines in an industrial park. Most of us have been here for years and we are comfortable with how things run. It is just a regular job for us at 434 Udyog Vihar.
