We are located at House number 39 in the 12 Biswa area of Gurgaon. It is an older part of the city, with a pin code of 122001. Working out of a house instead of a big modern tower gives things a bit of a different feel. It is more personal, I guess. We have our desks set up in the rooms and we use the main area for meetings. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once because the acoustics are not like a professional office building. We spend our time dealing with the pharmaceutical side of things, which involves a lot of paperwork and checking regulations. The 12 Biswa area has a lot of history, and you can see it in the way the buildings are grouped together. We have a small patch of yard outside where we sometimes take a break to get some fresh air. The traffic in Gurgaon is always a problem, so most of us try to get in early before the roads get completely blocked up. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It is just a regular house where we get our work done. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know who we are. It is a practical, no-nonsense setup. We focus on our daily tasks, keep the files in order, and try to make sure everything we do is accurate. It is just people working hard.
