Ranee Polymers P.Ltd is situated at 157 Sector-3 in the I.M.T. Manesar area of Gurgaon. This is a massive industrial hub, and our unit at 157 is where all the polymer work happens. We’ve been here since the early days of the estate. The building is large and mostly filled with molding machines and stacks of materials. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a fancy lunch. It’s a working factory. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the shifts run on time. Manesar is a bit of a trek from the city, but it’s where the industry is. We’ve got a lot of people working here, mostly from the nearby villages and towns. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise. We don't use big marketing words. We just make the parts and ship them out. The office is just a small part of the building where we handle the paperwork. Most of the action is on the floor. It can be hot and loud, but that’s the nature of polymer work. We just keep at it, day in and day out. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a production schedule to meet. It’s a solid, honest operation. Being at 157 Sector-3 for so long has made us part of the landscape here. We just keep the machines running and the gates open.
