Our office is on the 2nd floor of SLV House, which sits on Plot No. 14 in Sector 44. This part of Gurgaon is a bit quieter than the high-rise areas like Cyber City, which is something we actually appreciate. Daifuku India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while now. The building is pretty standard for this area. It has a decent parking lot and a security guard who knows most of us by name. When you come up to the second floor, you’ll find a regular office setup. It’s mostly desks, some meeting rooms with whiteboards, and a small pantry where we make our tea. We don't go in for fancy decor or expensive art on the walls. It’s a functional space where we get our work done. The view from the windows is just other office blocks and a few trees along the road. Most of us commute from different parts of Delhi or Gurgaon, so the morning chat is usually about the traffic on the NH-48. We aren't a big, flashy team. We are just people working on logistics and automation systems. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere, so there isn't much pressure to look corporate all the time. After the workday is over, we head out and join the rush to get home. It’s a basic, steady routine for everyone here.
