We are located right at Atul Kataria Chowk, directly opposite Utsav Garden. It's a pretty well-known spot, so people usually find us without much trouble. The office is mostly filled with boxes and paperwork these days. We deal with a lot of international products, which means there’s a lot of checking labels and making sure shipments are sorted. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days the loading area is packed with crates, and other days it’s a bit quieter. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone or responding to messages about where a certain order is. The traffic outside the chowk can get pretty heavy, especially in the evenings, but we’re tucked away enough that it’s manageable. We have a small team here, and everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from moving boxes to filing documents. It’s not the kind of place with fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s more of a practical workspace where stuff gets done. We keep a kettle going for coffee since the days can get long when we’re waiting on a delivery. Being across from Utsav Garden is nice because we get to see the greenery whenever we step out for a break. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. There is always a stack of pallets near the side door.
