Our business is run out of House Number 524 B in Sector 14, Gurgaon. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot different than the big malls you see elsewhere in the city. Gaurav handles a lot of the day-to-day operations here. We deal with mobile phones and all the accessories that go with them, like chargers, cases, and screen guards. It’s a small setup. We have shelves lined with boxes and a small counter where we talk to people. Because we are in Sector 14, we get a lot of locals who just walk over from their homes. It’s a more personal way to do things. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure everything is in order. The room is usually crowded with stock. We spend time testing phones and making sure the accessories are what people are looking for. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a practical shop where people come to get their phones sorted out without any fuss. Gurgaon is always growing, but this little corner of Sector 14 stays pretty much the same. We keep things simple. No fancy advertisements, just word of mouth from people who’ve stopped by. We’re usually here from morning till late, just keeping up with the requests that come in. It’s a steady way to work. We try to keep things organized even when it gets busy with people coming in for repairs.
