Electronics Traders

You can find us on Old Railway Road. The shop is called Electronics Traders and it is right in the middle of all the noise and the rickshaws. We have a lot of different things crammed into a small space. One side of the wall is covered in wires and cables, and the other side has boxes of parts that people need for their appliances. It is a busy road, so there is always dust coming in through the front. We have a small counter where we talk to customers and half the time it is covered in components we are testing. My brother and I run the place and we have a system for where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to anyone else. If someone needs a specific transistor or a capacitor for an old television, they usually come to us because we keep the stuff that the newer shops don't bother with. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to track down items for people who are trying to fix things themselves. The tea shop next door brings us glasses of chai twice a day, and we usually sit on the front step to drink it. It is a good spot to watch the people go by on Old Railway Road. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It is just a place where you can find the parts you need without any fuss. We stay open until the street lights come on and then we pack everything inside.
