Our office is tucked away in the Bancourt Apartments over in Sector-43. It’s a different vibe being in Sushant Lok compared to the busier parts of Gurgaon. We’re up in unit C-402, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level. We handle retail operations from here, mostly focusing on the logistics side of things. The elevators in the building can be slow during the morning rush, so we usually try to get in early. It feels more like a home-turned-office, which suits us just fine. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phones are always ringing with people asking about their orders. We spend most of our time staring at spreadsheets or talking to delivery drivers who get lost trying to find the gate. The view from the window isn't much, just more buildings and some trees, but it’s nice when the weather is clear. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small group of us handling the daily grind. Sometimes we order food from the local market nearby when we have to stay late to finish up the week’s books. It’s practical work. We don’t have fancy meeting rooms or coffee machines that do everything. We just have our desks, our computers, and enough work to keep us busy until it’s time to head home to our own families.
