Digital Crafs Pvt Ltd is up on Level 4 of Augusta Point. It’s a modern building, but we’re just a regular group of people working inside one of the offices there. Taking the elevator up every morning is how our day starts. We’ve got a view of the surrounding area, which is nice when we need a break from looking at our screens. The office is pretty standard—desks, computers, a few half-dead plants in the corner that someone forgets to water. We spend most of our time typing away or having short chats about how to fix a bug or change a design. It’s a lot quieter here than if we were down on the street level. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We mostly just wear jeans and t-shirts and try to get through our list of tasks for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just take a break until it’s back. We’ve been at Augusta Point for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the people in the other offices. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We don't do anything too flashy; we just focus on the digital work we have in front of us and try to make sure we don't stay too late so we can beat the traffic on the way home. It’s a lot of sitting and clicking, but it’s what we do.
