Rashi Gift Gallery

Rashi Gift Gallery is situated near the G P O by the Ramlila Ground. This part of town is usually quite active, especially when there are events or gatherings happening at the ground. We have a lot of different things on our shelves, from small toys to cards and decorative items. The shop is not very big, so we have to use every bit of space we have, even stacking things up high. We spend a lot of time unwrapping new stock and finding places to put it all. People often come in looking for a last-minute birthday present or something for a holiday. Since we are near the post office, we see people who are out running errands and just pop in to see what is new. We have some regulars who live nearby and stop in just to say hello. The lighting is a bit dim in the back corner, but we know where everything is. We do a lot of gift wrapping, which can get messy with bits of tape and paper everywhere on the counter. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for the busy festival seasons when everyone is looking for gifts at the same time. We just keep the shop open and wait to see who comes in. It is a local place with a lot of colorful things and a very simple way of doing business without any fuss or fancy displays.
