Elite Equipment India Private Limited

We are based out of Manesra, which is always busy with trucks and factory workers moving around. Elite Equipment India Private Limited has its space here among many other industrial units. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we keep our stuff and handle the daily paperwork. Most of our day is spent checking on orders or seeing what needs to be shipped out next. It’s often dusty outside because of the construction nearby, so we spend a fair bit of time just cleaning off the desks. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do, so we don’t need a lot of meetings or fancy talk. When people call us, they usually just want to know when their equipment will arrive or if we have a specific part in stock. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just answer the phone and do the work. Lunch breaks are usually just us sitting around talking about local news or whatever is happening in the industrial area. It gets quite hot in the summers, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, focusing on what’s right in front of us. We’ve been in Manesra for a bit now and have seen the area change, but our routine stays pretty much the same every week.
