It's just us over here at House No-79 in DLF City Phase II. Being so close to Krishna Market means there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of the day sorting through boxes of gifts and making sure the flowers are still looking okay. It gets pretty cramped inside sometimes because the house wasn't really built to be a full-time shop, but we make it work. Most people find us because they live nearby in the phase or they are just passing by the market area. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. It is mostly just us answering the phone and packing things up to go out. The mornings are usually the busiest time when the fresh stock arrives. You have to be careful walking around the living room area because there are vases and ribbons everywhere. Sometimes the tea kettle is the only thing that stays clear on the counter. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s a bit of a scramble when a lot of orders come in at once, especially when the weather is bad and the delivery guys are running late. We just try to get the right things in the right boxes. It's not a corporate office, just a local house where we handle the gift orders. We keep the AC running when it gets humid, but the back room stays warm anyway.
