Channel Drugs Pvt Ltd is located at 735, Phase-V in Udyog Vihar. This area is mostly industrial, so our neighbors are all factories and warehouses. It’s a lot of grey buildings and paved roads. We have been working out of this unit for a while now. It’s a practical space designed for storage and office work, nothing more. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by boxes of medicine and files. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except when the delivery trucks are loading or unloading at the bay. We spend our mornings going through orders and making sure everything is labeled correctly. The afternoons are usually for paperwork and phone calls. It’s the kind of job where you have to pay attention to small details, so we try to keep things as organized as possible. There’s a small break area where we have a kettle for tea. Udyog Vihar isn't the most scenic place to work, but it’s where the business happens. We don’t really have customers walking in off the street, so we don’t worry about having a polished storefront. We just focus on getting the supplies where they need to go. The commute can be a bit of a drag during rush hour, but we’re used to the routine by now. It’s just how things go here.
