We are located at Plot No. 95 in Sector 7, over in the IMT Manesar area. It is a standard industrial plot, and we’ve been here since the area was a lot quieter than it is now. We focus on building solutions, which basically means we deal with construction materials and help out on various sites. The office is right by the front gate, and it’s almost always dusty because of the wind blowing across the open plots nearby. We have a small team of people who handle everything from the phones to the loading. We don't have a script for how we talk to customers. We just tell them what’s in stock and what isn't. If a shipment is going to be late because of the highway traffic, we let them know. Manesar has changed a lot, and there are new buildings going up every day, which keeps us pretty busy. We spend a lot of time out at sites, so our boots are rarely clean. We don't have any mission statements hanging on the walls or big goals to be the best in the country. We just want to make sure the materials we provide are right for the job and that the builders are happy with what they get. It’s a very straightforward business without any fluff. We keep the prices as fair as we can and try to be honest about our mistakes if we make them. Sometimes we have a lot of work to catch up on, but we just keep at it until it's done.
