You can find us out on the Delhi-Jaipur Road, right at the 39th kilometer mark on NH 8. It’s a convenient spot for trucks to pull in and out, which is good because we move a lot of cardboard. We make boxes and cartons of all sorts of sizes. The machines here are pretty big and they run most of the day. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we keep things moving. We’ve got a lot of stacks of paper and finished boxes waiting to be sent out. Our team is mostly local folks who have learned the trade over the years. We don't go in for any of those modern management fads. We just see how many orders we have and we get to work cutting and folding. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half a day fixing it ourselves, but that’s part of the game. The highway is always noisy with the trucks going past, but we don’t mind it much anymore. It’s a simple business really. People need boxes to move their own products, and we provide them. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team that calls you up every day. Usually, someone sees our building on the side of the highway or hears about us from another factory owner. We just try to keep the boxes sturdy and get the deliveries out on time as much as we can manage.
