Alsorg Interiors India is situated in the MGF Megacity Mall on MG Road. Specifically, you can find us at Sf-1-5. Being in a mall means we deal with a lot of air conditioning and artificial lights, which is a big change if you are used to street-side shops. It is a busy place, especially on the weekends when people are out shopping and eating. We spend our time here thinking about indoor spaces and how to make them functional. It is mostly about furniture and layout stuff. The office and showroom space we have is where we keep our samples and drawings. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, with sketches and fabric swatches all over the place. MG Road is always packed with cars, so getting to work can be a bit of a chore some mornings. Once we are inside the mall, though, it is a different world. We are not the type to wear fancy suits just because we are in a big mall. We are usually in comfortable clothes because we are moving things around or sketching at our desks. People walk by the window all day, and sometimes they pop in just to look at what we are working on. We do not have a big sales pitch or a corporate script. We just talk to people about what they need for their homes or offices. It is a steady way to spend the day.
