Baldwin (India) Pvt Ltd is based over at 56 Sector 18 in the Maruti Industrial Area. This part of town is always buzzing with activity because of all the factories and warehouses. Our building is a simple industrial unit where we manage our daily operations. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for the view. Inside, it’s mostly shelves, boxes, and a small area for the office work. We spend our time managing inventory and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. There is a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and delivery people. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows what they need to do without being told. The machines hum in the background most of the day. It’s a bit noisy, but we’re used to it by now. We usually have a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. The roads around here can get pretty congested with all the trucks, so we have to plan our timing carefully. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don’t bother with much decor or fancy furniture. We just need enough space to work and keep our stuff organized. Every day is pretty much the same—open up, check the schedules, and get to work. We’ve been in this spot for some time and it works for us. It keeps us busy.
