Aqua Help Line

Our little office is at C/11 in Shahid Kunj, which is part of New Palam Vihar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s usually a bit quieter here than in the main city markets. We call ourselves Aqua Help Line because we basically just spend our whole day taking calls from people who have issues with their water. It could be a leak, a broken filter, or just someone who needs advice on what to buy. We aren't a huge corporation with a call center. When you call us, you’re usually just talking to one of the three of us who work here. The space we have is just a small room with some shelves and a couple of old desks. We started out in New Palam Vihar because we live nearby and wanted to work in our own community. Most of our work involves going out to people’s homes, so the office is often empty during the day. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know which streets get flooded when it rains and which houses have the oldest plumbing. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have any polished brochures or fancy sales pitches. We just listen to what’s wrong and try to go out and fix it as fast as we can. It’s been a few years now and we’ve built up a decent group of regulars who know they can just call us.
