Nandanam is where we are, specifically at No.2D in the JB Green Land Apartments. It's not a corporate office tower, just a regular building where we’ve set up shop to handle our agency work. Most mornings start with the sound of the city waking up outside the windows of Nandanam Extension. We have been here quite a while now, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the months. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files piled up, but we know where everything is. The desk in the corner has a bit of a wobble, but it works for what we need. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor or having fancy furniture. People just walk in, we talk about what needs doing, and we get to it. Sometimes the neighbors from the other apartments pop their heads in to say hello. It’s that kind of place. We handle the paperwork, take the phone calls, and keep things moving as much as we can. Usually, someone is running out to grab tea for everyone around mid-afternoon. It’s a simple routine that has worked for us for years. We like being in this part of town because it feels lived-in. There is no big marketing team here, just us sitting at our desks and making sure the day-to-day stuff gets finished before we head home.
