Champa Devi Foods (P) Ltd.

We’ve been here at 37, K. M. Stone on the Ludhiana Road for a good while now. It’s out in Vill Balewal, Malerkotla. People around here know us as Champa Devi Foods (P) Ltd. mostly. It is just a regular food business, nothing fancy about it. We show up every single day and just get the work done. The road can get pretty busy being on the highway like that, but we actually like the spot. It is where we have set everything up over the years. My cousin actually helped me with some of the early paperwork when we first got the place and started out. We just try to keep things running smooth day to day. Sometimes the power goes out in Balewal, but we manage to keep going. You’ll find us right there by the 37 stone marker. It is a plain building, you might miss it if you are driving too fast toward Ludhiana. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that, just word of mouth mostly from folks we know. The staff is mostly local people from around this area. We have a set routine. Mornings are usually the busiest time for us. We have got our machines and our space and we just keep at it. It is not a big corporate setup, just a local company doing what we do. If you are ever passing by that stone on the road, that is us.
