New Bijli Foundry

New Bijli Foundry has been sitting here on G. T. Road for quite a while now. We deal with foundry work, mostly casting parts and whatever the local shops need. It gets hot in the shop, but that’s just how the work is. We started out small and mostly stayed that way, which is fine by us. People know where to find us when they need something made of metal. G. T. Road is always busy, so there is always noise outside our doors. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just the floor where the machines are and a small desk for the paperwork. Sometimes things take a bit longer if a machine acts up, but we get it done eventually. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years, new shops coming and old ones going, but we just keep doing what we do. Our hands are usually dirty by noon. If you walk by, you’ll probably hear the clanking of the metal. It’s not a quiet job, but it’s honest. We don’t spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty. We just focus on the molds and the pouring. That is pretty much the story of New Bijli Foundry. We are just here on the main road, day in and day out, working with the iron and the heat to get the jobs done.
