Sri Chaithanya College

Sri Chaithanya College is our place here in Guntur. You can find us right opposite the Women’s College at Dno:10-4-16. This is where A. Manasa and the rest of the family manage things. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when all the students are arriving. The building is always full of the sound of voices and papers shuffling. We don’t have one of those massive campuses with a lot of grass and trees. It’s more of a practical space in the middle of the city. We have classrooms that are simple, with benches and blackboards. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the admissions and making sure the students have what they need for their classes. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with all the folders and files piled up on the desks. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to the parents and the students like we always have. The heat in Guntur can be really tough in May, so we have all the fans going full blast. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s where a lot of learning happens. We just try to keep things organized and help the kids get through their exams. It's a lot of work, but we've been at this for years now and we're used to the routine.
