Running a place like Grand Kartikeya Restaurant & Banquet Hall over here in Arundalpet keeps us on our toes. We are located at Door No 85e/5/1, tucked into that 17/1 Lane right beside Siva Theatre. If you know Guntur, you know how busy this area gets. We have the restaurant on one side and the hall for events on the other. It’s mostly locals coming in for a quick bite or families planning a small function. We spend a lot of time arranging chairs and making sure the hall looks decent for whoever booked it. It's not a corporate operation; it’s just us trying to manage things the best we can every day. The kitchen is always loud with the sound of pans and people talking. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when there’s a movie letting out at Siva Theatre and a wedding happening in the hall at the same time. We just deal with it as it comes. The lane can get crowded with bikes, so we try to help people find a spot. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a group of us who work here, making sure the food is cooked properly and the floors are swept. We’ve been in Guntur for a bit now and we like being part of the neighborhood for the people who live nearby.
