Delight Dhaba

We are located right on 10/388, Main Road in Mangalagiri. It’s a busy spot here in Guntur, especially with all the traffic coming through Yerrabalem. Delight Dhaba started because we wanted a place where people could just sit down and eat something simple. Most days, it’s just us and a couple of helpers keeping the place tidy and getting the kitchen ready. The stoves are going from early in the morning. You can hear the sounds of the road outside all day long. We see a lot of people passing through this part of Mangalagiri. Some are travelers and some just live nearby in the 522503 area. Our space isn't very fancy. We have tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush and making sure the supplies are coming in right. Sometimes the vegetables arrive late, and we have to scramble a bit. That’s just how it goes running a dhaba. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just this shop on the Main Road. We focus on getting the food out and making sure the chai is hot. It gets pretty dusty out there with the wind, but we try to keep the front clean. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a plain, honest place to get a meal when you're tired.
