Athithigruha Foods

Athithigruha Foods is located right opposite the HDFC Bank on Lakshmi Puram Main Road. If you know that bank, you’ve probably seen our building. It’s a busy road with cars and bikes zooming past all day long. We do a lot of food stuff here. The kitchen is always going, and there’s usually a lot of steam and noise coming from the back. We have a few cooks and some helpers who handle the heavy lifting. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning, and there are always bags of rice or flour sitting around waiting to be used. We don't really have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and see people working. Most of our days are spent making sure the batches are right and the containers are filled. Sometimes we run out of something and someone has to run to the market quickly. It’s a bit chaotic during the lunch rush, but it settles down later in the evening. We just try to keep things moving. The staff has been here for a long time, so we all know each other's habits. It’s just a regular local food business doing its thing on the main road. Nothing more to it than that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The bus stop is right nearby, so there are always people standing around outside our front door waiting for their ride. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking.
