Moserbaer Solar Ltd

Moserbaer Solar Ltd is based out of the Udyog Vihar area in Greater Noida, at plot number 11689. This part of Greater Noida is pretty much all factories and warehouses. We have been here for some time now, focusing on solar technology. The facility is quite large and there is always a lot of movement. We have people working on the assembly lines and others in the warehouse moving stock around. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have many decorations on the walls; it’s mostly just safety signs and schedules. Working with solar means we are always looking at panels and cells. The technology changes fast, so we have to keep up with new ways of doing things. It’s not a glamorous job. It involves a lot of standing and checking components to make sure they aren't cracked or broken. The commute out to Udyog Vihar can be long for some of the staff, but it’s a good spot for a factory of this size. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out every day with materials and finished goods. The office part of the building is just as busy as the floor, with people constantly tracking orders. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production numbers. It's a big operation but we try to keep it running like a local shop where everyone knows their job and does it right.
