Furniture 9

Plot No. 459 in the Uk Ext.-Ii section of Ecotech-Iii is where you’ll find the heart of Furniture 9. It’s an industrial sort of area, so you won’t find many parks or fancy cafes nearby. Instead, there are plenty of trucks and the sounds of heavy lifting throughout the day. Our space is large and a bit echoey, filled with the raw materials and the tools we use every day. There is usually a layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we sweep, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a polished showroom with bright lights and fancy music. It’s more of a workshop vibe where the focus is on the actual construction. The people working here have calloused hands and a lot of patience. Ecotech-Iii is a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s the perfect spot to get things done without being bothered by the noise of the city center. We keep things pretty informal. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a project, surrounded by wood or metal. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about taking the pieces and putting them together until they form something solid. It’s a long day’s work, but it’s satisfying to see the finished product sitting on the floor before it gets shipped out.
