You can find Kaushik Electric India Pvt. Ltd. at Plot 15 and 16 in Surajpur. We are right near the Eidgah, so it’s an easy landmark to give people. The area is mostly industrial, with a lot of noise and trucks moving around all day long. Our workshop is a big space where we handle all kinds of electrical components and assembly work. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. We have a small office section in the front, but the real work happens in the back. There are always spools of wire and boxes of parts everywhere you look. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of polish. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and the desks are old wood. But we have all the tools we need to do the job properly. Most of the people working here have been with us since we started. We eat our lunch together and talk about the news or the projects we are finishing up. It gets pretty hot in the summer because the building is made of metal and brick. We use big industrial fans to keep the air moving. It’s a tough environment but it’s where we feel most at home. We don't have a big marketing department or a website guy. We just focus on the electrical work and making sure everything is built right.
