We are located inside the Aks Shoping Center in Rustampur, Gorakhpur. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses coming and going. Finding us can be a little tricky because the signs in the hallway aren't always updated, but once you find the right floor, we are right there. Gb. Fertiz Organic Pvt. Ltd. is mostly just a room filled with files, some samples on the shelves, and a couple of computers that have been through a lot. The lighting in the shopping center is a bit dim in the hallways, but we’ve got some bright tubes inside to keep us awake. On rainy days, the floor gets a bit slippery near the entrance, so we have to put out a mat. We hear the muffled sounds of shoppers and music from the other stores all day long. It's not a quiet library environment, that's for sure. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The elevator is often broken, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like, which is fine for the younger staff but a bit of a climb for the rest of us. It’s a functional space where we do our paperwork and talk to visitors who stop by. We’ve grown used to the hum of the air conditioner and the chatter from the hallway. It's just our everyday routine here in Gorakhpur. Sometimes the lights flicker.
