Kapilvastu Agro Producer Company Limited

Kapilvastu Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Bhusaulamafipost in the Lotan area. It’s a pretty small place, and most people around here are involved in farming one way or another. We set up this company to bring some of the local producers together so we could have a bit more say in how things are sold. It isn't always smooth sailing. There are a lot of opinions to manage, and sometimes the meetings in Lotan go on for much longer than they need to. But that’s what happens when you have a lot of people who care about their work. Our office in Bhusaulamafipost is quite basic. We have some wooden chairs and a table where we sit and look at the market prices. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or modern decor. It’s just a place to get the work done. The roads around Lotan can be tricky when it rains, and sometimes we have to wait a few days for things to get moving again. We aren't some big brand you see on TV. We are just a group of farmers and workers who wanted to try something different. We spend a lot of time talking to each other about seeds and the weather. It’s the kind of place where you stop for a tea and end up talking for an hour. We are just trying to make a decent living for everyone involved.
