New hit kare restaurant

We have our restaurant, New hit kare, set up on Kachari road in Gorakhpur. It is quite close to Shastri Chowk, which is a busy intersection that everyone in town knows. The restaurant isn't very large, but we have enough space for several tables and chairs for people to sit and eat. We mostly serve local folks who are out doing their errands or people working in the nearby offices. The menu is simple and we stick to the dishes we know how to make well. We don't have any fancy chefs in white hats, just a few of us who have been cooking for years. The kitchen stays busy from morning until late evening, especially during the lunch hour when everyone comes in at once. We try to keep the place clean, but it can get a bit messy when it is crowded. We don't do any big promotions or ads in the paper. People just know we are here because of the smell of the food or because they saw our sign while walking to the chowk. It’s a plain, honest place to get some food. We focus on getting the orders out quickly so people can get back to their day. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the market is slow, but we always have something ready. It's just a regular local eatery where we try to do a decent job every day.
