We've been at 10 Park Road for a while now. Golghar is always busy, especially being right in the middle of town in Gorakhpur. If you know where the Dominos is in Civil Lines, we're basically right across from that. It’s a good spot because people are always walking by or heading to the shops nearby. We start early most days getting things ready. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular spot where people can sit down and have a meal without much fuss. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is around here. We try to keep things clean and the chairs straight, though by the afternoon, everything is usually a bit messy because of the rush. Most of the folks who come in are from the neighborhood or people working in the offices nearby. It feels good to see the same faces every week. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors, cook the food, and hope people leave full. The kitchen can get hot in the summers, but we are used to it by now. It’s just us doing our job here in the market. If you are ever around the park road area, you’ll see our sign. It is a simple setup, nothing like the big chains across the street, but it works for us and the people who visit. There is always something to do, from mopping the floor to checking the supplies, but that is part of the life here.
