Moti Mahal Deluxe Restaurants

Our place is called Moti Mahal Deluxe Restaurants and you can find us in the Om Arked building over on Park Road in Gorakhpur. Specifically, we are in the second building on the second floor. It is right next to the City Mall, which is a big help because everyone knows where that is. Being in Gorakhpur, especially near the mall, means it gets quite noisy with traffic and people walking by all the time. Our pin code is 273001. We spend a lot of our time just managing the floor and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. The building itself is okay, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of Park Road. We started here because the location seemed right for a restaurant. Every day is pretty much the same routine of opening up, checking the stock, and waiting for the first customers to show up after they finish their shopping at the mall. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a straightforward dining room with tables and chairs that we scrub down every night. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we are all local people. We just try to keep the place decent and the kitchen running without too many problems. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We are just a regular part of the business community here on Park Road. We check the lights and the fans every single morning.
