Kanak Enterprises

We are based in Ramudeeha Village, which is in the Chauri Chaura Block. Our place is quite close to the National Highway, so we hear the big trucks going by all day and night. Being near the highway is useful for getting things moved around, but it also means there is always a bit of noise and dust in the air. At Kanak Enterprises, we deal with different things, but tea is a big part of what we do. The village itself is typical for this area, with houses spread out and people busy with their own work. Our building is a simple structure that we use for storage and for meeting people who come to buy from us. We don't have a fancy showroom. Everything is kept in stacks and we move things as needed. The work can be repetitive, like counting stock or loading boxes onto the back of a cart, but it is what we know. We have been here for a while and the locals know us as the people near the highway. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work slow, but we just keep at it. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just tell people what we have and what the price is. Most of the time, that is enough for them. It is a straightforward business run by regular people who just want to get through the day's work.
