Bridhi Chand & Sons

Bridhi Chand & Sons has been operating out of Kirori Mall Ka Hata in the Sumer Sagar area for quite some time. It's one of those businesses that has been passed down, so there is a lot of history in these walls. The space isn't huge, and we have things tucked into every corner. You have to watch your step sometimes. We don’t have a lot of modern technology here. We still use some of the old ways of keeping track of things because they work for us. Sumer Sagar is a lively part of town, and being at Kirori Mall Ka Hata means there is always people passing by. We know many of the neighbors. Sometimes people just stop in to say hello or ask about the weather. We aren't big on marketing or trying to look like something we aren't. We’re just a local family business doing what we've always done. The hours are long, but we don't mind it much. There is a certain comfort in the routine. Usually, there is some tea being made in the back and a lot of discussion about the daily tasks. We don’t have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and hope to do right by the people who walk through the door. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that suits us just fine. We just keep going.
