Devansh Traders & Building Material is a small, local business based in Village Lohraiya. We are situated right on the Ram Janki Marg in the Sant Kabir Nagar area. Our shop is very close to the Bank of Baroda branch. This is the place where local people come when they need things like bricks, sand, or heavy bags of cement. We try to keep a bit of everything that you might possibly need to build a new house. Sometimes people just need to fix a small shed in the backyard. It’s a busy little spot because the bank is right there next to us. There are always people coming and going throughout the day. We don't have a big corporate setup with fancy computers. It is just us and a couple of helpers. They do the heavy lifting of loading the bags onto the carts. The village life can be quiet, but our shop stays pretty active most of the time. We talk to the local farmers and the builders every single morning over a cup of tea while we wait for orders. We’ve been here in this spot for a while now. People around here trust us to have the right materials in stock. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for the big trucks to bring more supplies in from the city. We usually have enough on hand to keep going, though. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier in the whole country. We just want to help the folks who live here.
