Our office is located at Plot No.222 in Basantpur, which is up in the Jatepur North area. If you know where Harahwa Phatak Road is, we are pretty much right near there. It’s a decent spot for an agency like ours. We’ve been operating from this location for a while, handling various tasks that come our way throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like the road outside never gets quiet, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of town. The agency does a mix of things depending on what people in the neighborhood are looking for. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the paperwork gets done and people get the help they need. The building itself is simple, nothing too flashy, just a place where we can sit down and talk to folks who drop in. Most of the time, it’s locals coming by because they know where we are. We keep things pretty relaxed here. You might find some files piled up or the tea kettle going in the back, but we get the job done eventually. It’s not about being the biggest name around, but just being reliable for the people who walk through our door. Basantpur has changed a bit over the years, yet we’re still here at the same plot. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way because this community feels like home.
