Appetizing Hospitality Private Limited

We have been operating out of 149G/2 Chakiya in GTB Nagar for a bit now. It is a busy spot and we mostly spend our days keeping things running. When we started Appetizing Hospitality Private Limited, we just wanted to be part of the local food scene here. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk about what we need to order for the week. Most of us live nearby so the commute to Chakiya is pretty easy. It gets a bit loud outside sometimes with all the traffic but you get used to it. We deal with a lot of different vendors and people coming in and out every day. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the morning to get everything sorted. We don't really have a big team, just a few people who know how things work. There’s usually a lot of tea going around while we look at the schedules. It is a lot of work handling hospitality stuff and making sure the supplies arrive on time. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. If you walk past GTB Nagar, you might see us moving boxes or just standing by the door for a break. We’ve stayed in this area because it feels like home to the business. It isn't perfect, and some days are more chaotic than others, but we manage to get through the list of things to do.
