Sawaria Caterers

We operate out of Geeta Press Road in Gorakhpur. It’s a famous street, known for its history, and we’re glad to be a small part of it as Sawaria Caterers. Our kitchen is where all the action happens. It’s not some sterile, modern facility; it’s a place that smells of roasted spices and fresh ghee from early in the morning. We’ve got big pots and long spoons leaning against the walls, and the floor is usually a bit damp from being washed down so often. Working in catering means we are always on our feet, chopping vegetables or checking the seasoning on a large vat of dal. Gorakhpur can get quite hot, so the kitchen gets pretty intense, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused. We don't have a fancy office to show people. Usually, if someone wants to talk to us, they just come by the back and find us mid-work. We aren't much for polished presentations or long-winded promises. We just believe in putting in the hours and making sure the food tastes like it was made at home for a family gathering. Geeta Press Road is a busy place, and we fit right in with the rest of the local shops and houses. It’s a lot of hard work and late nights, especially during the wedding season, but seeing people enjoy a meal makes it all worth it in the end.
