Red Chillie Foodz Inn

If you are walking down Golghar Road in Gorakhpur, you’ll find Red Chillie Foodz Inn inside Manglam Tower. We are down on the lower ground floor, shop LGF-1, which is quite close to the cycle stand. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always someone looking for a place to park their bike or find a quick meal. We chose this spot because Golghar is where everyone goes when they’re out and about. Our place isn't huge, but it's tucked away from the main noise of the street. Sometimes it feels a bit hidden, but once people find us, they usually come back. We do a lot of prep work in the small kitchen we have. It gets a bit cramped when we have a full house, but we make it work. The staff here are local guys who know the area well. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. Most of our customers are just shoppers from Manglam Tower or people working in the nearby offices. We try to keep things simple with the food and the service. It’s just about getting the orders right and making sure the place is clean. Gorakhpur has changed a lot lately, but Golghar is still the heart of it, and we are just happy to have our little corner here by the cycle stand. It’s a lot of hours but we enjoy it.
